PRIVACY NOTICE FOR RECREW<\/p>\n

I. Identification of the Responsible Party and Processing of Personal Data.<\/h4>\n

De conformidad con lo establecido en el Art\u00edculo 17, fracci\u00f3n II de la Ley Federal de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales en Posesi\u00f3n de los Particulares, le informamos que Recrew, con domicilio en Plaza Delphi, Boulevard Antonio L Rodr\u00edguez No. 3058, Interior 301, Col. Santa Mar\u00eda CP 64650 Monterrey, NL. (la “Direcci\u00f3n de Contacto”) tratar\u00e1 los datos personales que recabe de usted en los t\u00e9rminos del presente aviso de privacidad.<\/p>\n

II. Purposes.<\/h4>\n

The processing will be carried out for the following purposes:<\/p>\n

A. Necessary for the legal relationship with the responsible party:<\/p>\nI. To evaluate you for hiring;
\nII. To ensure legal certainty;
\nIII. For billing;
\nIV. To provide the service.\n

In order to achieve the aforementioned purposes, the following personal data will be processed: company name, address, registration data, RFC, certificate of incorporation or its data, proof of address, as well as the data of the legal representative, such as name, paternal surname, maternal surname, official identification.<\/p>\n

III. Options to Limit the Use or Disclosure of Your Personal Data.<\/h4>\n

El Responsable ha designado a un encargado de datos personales (el “Oficial de Privacidad”), por lo tanto, usted podr\u00e1 limitar el uso o divulgaci\u00f3n de sus datos personales de manera personal ante el Responsable, mediante solicitud que deber\u00e1 presentar en la Direcci\u00f3n de Contacto.<\/p>\n

You may revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data by submitting a written request to the Privacy Officer at the Contact Address. In case the Responsible Party has requested consent for the processing of your personal data through electronic communication, you may revoke your consent by sending an email to\u00a0comercial@gripgroup.mx<\/a>.<\/p>\n

V. Means to Exercise ARCO Rights.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Usted tiene el derecho de: (i) acceder a sus datos personales en nuestro poder y conocer los detalles del tratamiento de los mismos, (ii) rectificarlos en caso de ser inexactos o incompletos, (iii) cancelarlos cuando considere que no se requieren para alguna de las finalidades se\u00f1aladas en el presente aviso de privacidad, est\u00e9n siendo utilizados para finalidades no consentidas o haya finalizado la relaci\u00f3n contractual o de servicio, o (iv) oponerse al tratamiento de los mismos para fines espec\u00edficos, seg\u00fan lo diga la ley, (conjuntamente, los “Derechos ARCO”).<\/p>\n

Para el ejercicio de sus Derechos ARCO, deber\u00e1 presentar una solicitud (la “Solicitud ARCO”), al Responsable, a la atenci\u00f3n del Oficial de Privacidad, a la Direcci\u00f3n de Contacto, acompa\u00f1ada de la siguiente informaci\u00f3n y documentaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n

  1. Your name, address, and email address to communicate the response to your ARCO Request;<\/li>\n
  2. A copy of the documents proving your identity (copy of IFE, passport, or any other official identification) or, if applicable, the documents proving your legal representation, the original of which must be presented to receive the response from the Responsible Party;<\/li>\n
  3. A clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO Rights;<\/li>\n
  4. Any document or information that facilitates locating your personal data; and<\/li>\n
  5. In case of requesting a rectification of your personal data, you must also indicate the modifications to be made and provide supporting documentation for your request.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Privacy Officer will respond to your ARCO Request and the reasons for the decision by email within a maximum of 20 business days from the date the ARCO Request is received. If the ARCO Request is approved, the requested changes will be made within a maximum of 15 business days. The Responsible Party may notify you, within the referenced deadlines, of a one-time extension for an equal period.<\/p>\n

    El Responsable podr\u00e1 negar el acceso (la “Negativa”) para que usted ejerza sus Derechos ARCO, en los supuestos que lo permita la ley, por lo que deber\u00e1 informar a usted el motivo de tal decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

    The Denial may be partial, in which case the Responsible Party will process the access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition of the applicable part.<\/p>\n

    Exercising ARCO Rights is free of charge, but if you submit a request within less than twelve months, the costs will be equivalent to three current Minimum Wage Days in the Federal District, plus VAT, unless there are substantial modifications to the Privacy Notice that justify new ARCO Requests. You will need to cover the justified shipping costs or the cost of reproducing copies or other formats, and, if applicable, the cost of certifying documents.<\/p>\n

    VI. Changes or Modifications to the Privacy Notice.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    The Responsible Party reserves the right to make modifications or updates to this privacy notice at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you by publishing a notice on the Responsible Party\u2019s website, so we recommend checking it frequently.<\/p>\n

    In the event of a security breach at any phase of personal data processing that significantly affects your patrimonial or moral rights, the Privacy Officer will immediately notify you by email of the security breach so you can take necessary measures to defend your rights. If we do not have your email, the notification will be published on the Responsible Party\u2019s website.<\/p>\n

    VII. Transfers of Your Personal Data.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties not related to the Responsible Party.<\/p>\n

    VIII. COOKIES<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    We inform you that Recrew uses cookies for various purposes, including storing information to determine the best way to communicate with systems and identify site users. A cookie is a small file that a web server temporarily stores through your web browser to be used later. The purpose of the cookie is not for the web server to access and use your private information. However, if you provide personal information, it will be stored in the cookie. You can also limit the function of the cookie if you do not want Recrew to access it.<\/p>\n

    IX. SECURITY<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    We inform you that Recrew uses technical and organizational security measures to protect your information from manipulation, loss, destruction, or unauthorized access. Any personal information provided to Recrew will be encoded during transmission to prevent potential misuse by third parties.
